level 21 won't advance
my game keeps saying I have to wait 3 days to unlock new area. it went down to 1 day, then back up to 3 days. is there a glitch or how can I get around it?

Level 616 bug: Eternal dropping of candy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UaPhfLHW53c As can be seen in the video at https://youtu.be/UaPhfLHW53c, the level is glitchy; the dropping of candy never stops. A bit depressing since I used a couple of pre-start boosters and things were going well until this happened... :-/

After reinstalling candy crush jelly, I'm back to level 1.
I thought I was connected through Facebook but obviously not. I thought maybe after playing a few levels it might remember my progress, but it hasn't. I can't remember exactly what level I was on, it was over 400 at least. The app doesn't recognise any email I put in. How do I restore my progress?

Level 83 and up are gray in color. I tried removing the game and adding back but nothing has changed.

level 640 glitch stopping me palying
when i try and play level 640 on CC jelly i can see theres a column to the left thats behind the counter. this column is crush / disfigured so it cant be used in the game. can you sort this. its the same on pc and ios

jelly 640 different layout
It seems level 640 had its layout changed. From the videos I've seen, supposedly there's a column to the left that's currently missing in the current layout. I can see that there's a column there, but it does nothing apart from dropping candies in a particular fashion. Was this an intended update? It's pretty hard to beat…

Whether on my work or home computer, on Firefox or Chrome, I get a black game board and can't play. What's going on? it's been going on 3 days now.

i can not purchase gold in candy crush jelly but i have no problem's in other King games , is there a reason for this and can it be fixed?
