Loss of progress
Why have I gone back to level 13, Candy Crush Jelly, from level 106 on my iPad? My iPhone was at level 13 and I was trying to bring that UP to level 106. I am So disappointed! Please can anyone help me to get back up there.

My progress has not recently been synced with Facebook because my Facebook was deactivated so the offline progress I made (100 levels or so) has been erased, how can I get them back?

The "usual" problem: I reset my phone to factory defaults, but did save my progress through Kingdom. That's what I thought :) But after resetting and login to Kingdom (never used facebook connect) it brings me back to level 1. I was able to drop the monkling below the rope but jellys continued to fall and wouldn't stop. I couldn't do anything else except close the app. The same thing happened when I almost beat the level but couldn't finish. Help!
