There seems to be an issue which is unfortunately affecting this game on game on Apple devices on Game App version 2.23.2!
Rest assured however, the game team is aware of this and working as hard as they can to solve this but we don't have a timeframe for a fix just yet.
Keep an eye on this thread, bookmark it if necessary to keep an eye on this. In the meantime, you can play on Windows 10 if possible.

So yesterday I was playing and completed a level and it would not allow me to go to the next level, it just had bubbles flying across the screen. So after several hours I deleted the game off of my iPhone and redownloaded it and it kicked me back all the way to level 1462 from where I was at and deleted all of the things that I have purchased which going through my history has been almost $200 in the last 90 days. I have been upset before when the game shuts down in the middle of a level that I have used special things or had special items on and it makes me lose them but this makes me want to not even play the game anymore and bonus looks like I will save a lot of money.
