Candy crush jelly level 1406 is frozen on iPad and iPhone

Mine did the exact same thing last night on level 2429. They obviously are having issues

The same thing happened to me yesterday after I beat level 2428 and went to the next screen that shows all the level my screen went dim and froze. This happened on both my iPad and iPhone. I knew I would lose all my boosters I had won or bought so I haven’t reinstalled yet. It has to be something wrong with their game if it happened to both of my electronics and a bunch of other people yesterday. I’m just hoping they fix it. I contacted support but no news yet

I cannot move in Jelly. I keep clicking on level 1619 but it won't open!

Candy Crush Jelly Saga on iPhone 7, most recent iOS. I have finished level 2589, and the game stays with a dimmed screen on the map with the icon next to level 2590. Map animations are continuing. I have restarted the game and rebooted the phone, with no change in the situation. Help!!!

the candy crush jelly program was updated today. Since the update the game loads as always and takes me to the page to select the level I wish to play. The road map levels and the bouncing character holding the balloon are visible. All of the other visuals are gone. The level won’t open and nothing happens when I try. Ideas?
