I am still having problems giving energy to the players and when I get energy on the screen it does not accept. I play on my computer all the candy crush games. It works on my tablet(Amazon) just not on my computer, I checked the status of the games on facebook and everything looks okay, so I still do not know what to do. I also play other games and contacted them and they said facebook was still working on it. By the way how do you update, I can not find it. On my tablet, it updates automatic. Please advise. Thank you and by the way, I just love all your games.

if you don't have any account you can save your progress through facebook. In your app you can decide which account you wish to save your progress with: king or facebook account.
If you have a king account (email + password) you can sync your progress between king account and facebook account.
You can do this by going to king.com on PC (it doesn't work on mobile) and then follow these steps:

if you play on facebook via pc browser then the only way to update I know is updating your browser.
if you open this link with the browser you use it can tell you if it's up to date or not:

I checked, my web browser is up to date. I tried your suggestions but my game is still not synced

Thank you Pitty_Kitty, I will wait until Monday. I appreciate the help. I still believe it is facebook. This problem is affecting all my candy crush games as well as other games.

Mailbox in Candy Crush Jelly only stayed fixed ONE day... Went back 2 being BLANK... B4 i try opening it, it said i had 20 game requests. Y didn't it stay fixed? When it will it ever work again? How do i prevent this from occuring???
