Hi @rebelchild you can keep track yourself if you like too. We have a process similar to the badges though. 😀
As each comp closes I note all valid participants, amount of JB per comp and for each participant. This list is tallied and kept up to date my Lola and myself. 👍
It'll be rechecked by me (in each challenge thread, just to double check), each month, prior to opening the "Trade" discussion. Yes you can trade the JB for GBars each month when that discussion is open OR you can carry the amount over, to trade at the end of the trial....as long as they are traded before the closing date. pg 1 of the JB release article, gives the deets :0)
Thanks for the vote of confidence @95chata 🤗 It's my first time working on an experiment this big. It's fun bringing new concepts to Jellies and seeing what they like and what they think would better suit them. Each community is different and has different needs, so it's exciting to be able to trial something in Jelly for Jellies.
@JessicaBilly With new ones coming into Jelly to participate, this also gives us a variety of feedback and keeps me inspired, with their "fresh eyes" on things too.

@Lady_Sarina How many times have there been places to collect Jelly Beans or I mean.....How many contest or areas were there options given to us so far to collect Jelly Beans ? I only know of 2 myself as @rebelchild had tagged me in and could you put me on your tagging list ?

In Jelly, I regularly update Quick Links Index page and sub page links. Makes navigation around the Jelly much easier and everything is in one place, rather than discussions getting lost, pages back. Makes Support easier too, that way members can self help, then let me know what they've tried already. That makes my responses quicker and them being able to locate help quicker on their own.

🍬 Where and when can I exchange my Jellybeans?
Once a month, you’ll see a thread where you can tell us how many Jellybeans you’ve collected. The thread will be open for one week, so you have time to think about your Jellybean strategy. The first Jellybean redemption thread will open on Friday, 29th of October!
🍬 How much time do I have to collect the Jellybeans?
This first Jellybean Challenge will last until the 31st of December. You’ll get a chance to redeem your Jellybeans on the 30th of October and the 30th of November, or you can also keep collecting them until the last day of the Challenge- that’s up to you and your strategy! After the 31st of December, nobody will be able to redeem their Jellybeans though!
