    The game is this way on both my iPhone & iPad. Does this give you an idea what might be wrong?

    I rebooted both devices, checked storage,etc. I didn’t do the last step of deleting the app on both devices. Would that make sense?

    @Tamrajan Sometimes it's the only way to solve the issue but it's always the last step we recommend since you will lose your boosters.     @Davezmom Could you please get back to me with the following details so I can look in to this for you?

    Apple:

    - Model and iOS of your device: To find this follow these steps: Settings > General > About > Make a note of the "model" and the "version"

    - Game app version: To find this follow these steps: Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage > select the game> Make a note of the version number

    - Available storage space: To find this follow these steps: Settings > General > Usage in the right column. Under Storage you will see the storage capacity of your device and how much you still have available.

    Level 2

    Candy crush jelly, played 1234 successfully the screen faded, flag moved to 1235 and now I can’t touch anything on the screen ... have tried all the ‘fixes’ except reloading because I can’t work out if I’m backed up to Facebook ...

    I also had these numbers on the bottom left of the screen in white ... see photos below faded and numbers 

    Please help

    I’ve just reached 2604 but cannot play it as the screen stays as shown below. The graphics move slightly but I can’t press anything. This is the same on both phone and tablet. Both have been restarted but I still see this when the game opens
