new format
I hate the new format with the smaller images. If it ain't broke,,,,don't fix it. I may give up playing Candy Crush Saga!
ACCOUNT NOT WORKING

size
WHY did you go to the small phone size for the game??? I do not play on my phone for a reason, I will not play when it is that small, hence, you will lose quite a bit of $$$ from me as I purchase quite a bit!
Start up level not loading.
Currently on level 2793. (see pic) When the game starts, it defaults to level 486 (see pic) and has done so since I passed that level a long time ago. Now that the level map has changed it's format (see pic) it involves a great deal of scrolling. I need to have the game starting on my current level. Kind regards Peter.

All the gold bars in my mother's account have disappeared, but she received a letter that 971 gold bars have not been used yet, and the props have also disappeared. She opened the game link account from email but did not see it. I did not change my mobile phone. What should I do? help me plz
10 Gold Bars even if you didn't finish the final Chocolate Box Event
Can anyone back me up here, since the inception of the Chocolate Box if you got to the FINAL box which offered you 25 minutes of color bombs and 25 minutes of wrapped candies in addition to 10 Gold Bars. Even if you didn't complete the event they still gave you the gold bars as a consolation but not the other 2 boosters…
New soundtrack of the game back pls??
I know that everyone is familiar with the old one, and you decide to change it back. But if you could, pls bring back new ost that you got us. It's like a minute since i join the game and i've already miss them. If not, at least give us option to change the music.
Level 1010 auto-fail
Level 1010 auto-fails if you have a streak and recieve a color bomb to start.
they cheat
I participate in the weekly competition and they always put a person in first place, because when I start playing immediately that player goes up 8 to 10 levels in minutes, impossible; Example: it is in score 13 and goes up to 35 in minutes. Put real players and if possible they are contacts.
New game display
Why was the side bar moved to the bottom. It makes the active game area smaller, especially on smaller screens, and harder to read small print?
