Hello - same problem as many previous questions -sorry. just backed up and factory reset my Samsung Galaxy 2 tablet. Restored the game and all progress lost. I wasn't logged in via facebook and in fact don't think I had even registered before (tried all 3 email addresses I would normally use and all said "not registered")…

My progress saves on my iPad with my Kingdom Account. But on my iPhone I log in to same account and I’m back at level 0. How can I sync?

Keep going back to level 2328
I have completed level 2328 three times already. Every time I go back to the game it puts me back there. All my boosters are gone and again back to level 2328?
