I lost all my progress!
I was past level 1355 and was backing up my progress to my Facebook account. I had to start using a new device and downloaded candy crush and logged into Facebook. it did not sync and I'm now back at level 1. Can someone tell me how to restore my game to the level i was up to?

CC old version
I've been playing the old version of CC because the new version takes forever to load and when it does it's very slow. The link to the old version now keeps taking me to the new version! What can I do to get the old version?

I’m horrified that I threw away a ton of money, gold bars and boosters on level 3166 just in order to pass. After a level I get the message "lovely! Every level will begin with" then a list of rewards.

You have had complaints about this level... I bought stuff ....I used stuff....I LOST everything in my "heart envelope" because there was a fruit on the board that would NOT move down and out AND you could not even switch it. Piggy bank?
My piggy bank does not work. From what I read from your response from previous people, you have to pay to unlock it in advance, but if you wait until it is completely full then you are able to unlock it for free. Is this true or not? Because it has been months and months and mine still has not unlocked.

Lost all progress after phone died-No FB or King sync.
I was not logged in via Facebook or King when my phone died and had to get a new one. I was at level 1,600+, is there anyway to retrieve my progress? I can provide phone number, and other phone specific information but can not access the app. Please advise. Thank you

Candy Crush level 2598
Hi. I am finding it IMPOSSIBLE to pass level 2598. I have looked up videos and see that this level "use to have" 18 moves and 4 ingredients. Now, it requires 16 moves to get 5 ingredients.
