So please tell me what the point is of the box that you check that says "don't ask again when asking these friends for lives" when you ask again anyway? Really candy crush team--you need to play your won game more often or ask your players for feedback/advice !!!!!

Lost everthing
When changing my I pad I logged on to Facebook to save my progression stage 1101)but I have now lost everything what can I do ? I have now tried to get it back by taking it back off and re logging into my app but no joy.

level 1655 completed but it wont move me up even though my friend has just past me?
i can see the next level but it is just a solid colour, i cant move up yet i can see my friend has moved to the next level

App updated and lost progress
Hello. I believe the app auto updated on my tablet today therefore causing me to lose all of my progress :-(. I was on level 1136 and got wiped out back to level 1. It took me forever to get that far. I am not connected on Facebook and I did not register with an email. Please help! Please restore me back to 1136. Thanks.

Bought booster pack of 100 coins, and 3 of each booster, but only got coins, has happened twice
did not receive booster, just gold bars, paid 15.99 package, but received 9.99 package

Why was I charged £3
I recently deleted my game as it had a glitch , then downloaded it from the cloud , I was charged £3 from my bank account for doing this , why when it's a free game and the glitch was not my fault , I would like a refund please , the game is candy crush

Lost all my progress
Hello. I got a new iphone and I transfered everything to my new phone. All other programs are ok but I lost all of my candy crush progress. I was not signed in with facebook or email as far as I know. I was around 520 and I had lots of stuff. Please help
