Help. Finished the level, but the color bombs keep dropping and exploding for more than 1/2 hour now and my score is by over 7000000. How do I make it stop, without loosing the game , stars and live ,a s well as the helmets. Thank you

Had to reinstall Candy Crush. Reset my progress back to 1.
I had to reinstall Candy Crush Saga and even after I synced it with Facebook it took me back to level 1. I was on approx. level 1495. I tried logging in from an iPad but it's still back to level 1. I tried reinstalling Facebook also. Is anyone else having problems? This is so frustrating. ☹️ TIA!

Gold bars not added after purchase
I redeemed the gold bars collected. Money too got deducted from my account but the gold bars were not added.

Missing gold bars
i bought 50 gold bars in Candy Crush Saga with an in app purchase less than two weeks ago. I only have 6 left and I am sure I haven't used that many. I recall using maybe 14 but not 44! please help

Updated to a new iPhone and lost all my boosters and a small bit of progress
i backed up my old phone and switched to my new phone. All other apps transferred all data except cand crush. Facebook loaded but tyr boosters are in the actual game not FB as my tablet and iPhone are the same account but different boosters depending on what device I am playing when I get them.

Why is layout of level 2689 on youtube videos different comparing to my board?
On YouTube videos the 3th en the 4th row of the board is filled with candy and if you switch them there will be new ones from the top. On the board I'am playing the 3th and 4th row id filled with 3 layers of ice-cake. It is impossible to move them all in 20 turn. I think in this version is a bug. Please repair it.
