All my levels did not restore
Hi- I was on atleast level 1250 when my app kept crashing. To try and fix this problem I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I signed in using kindgom (was not connected to Facebook) and it only restored me back to level 891. Is there any way I can get back to the level I was on?

I stay at level 2678, but I don't have the needed amount of moves to pass the level! I see more moves on You Tube: other people have 27 moves, and I have only 13 moves and it is really impossible! What should I do?Thank you so much

Progress lost on iPad
My Candy Crush app was crashing and after restarting my iPad all the progress was lost and I am back at level 1 instead of being around level 540. I didn't have the account linked to a Facebook account or an email address. How can I get my progress back? Thank you

Star chaser color bombs
In Candy Crush, I finished collecting stars for Stargazer and was supposed to get 2 hours free play (which I did get) and 6 hours of free color bombs which I did not get. It would have been perfect with my free play and color bombs together. But no color bombs.

I have been trying so hard at this level and it seems almost impossible unless you have a colour bomb next to a candy bomb which was almost impossible to make. I cannot even pass it with 2 colour bombs next to each other due to so little steps. Unless very very very very very very lucky then it's possible. So sad I have to…
