can't connect to facebook from facebook
This started a few days ago, nothing I do let's me reconnect to facebook via facebook; I'm playing on my computer and it won't let me connect to candy crush on either facebook account. (I have two). I can however connect on my mobile phone to facebook on candy crush.

CC won't reload to new levels after level 2570 on any of my iMac, iPhone or iPad

recently my iPhone died after restoring to the new phone my level rest to 14 from 715.
also it is at the correct level on my iPad, but when i log into Facebook on my desktop its at 14 as well. BUT, on my husbands phone it shows my correct level on the leader board. How come I'm getting straight to the next episode without any help?
The last few times I've completed an episode, I get straight through to the next one without having to buy my way there, or ask friends. It happens immediately. I'm not complaining, it's great, I just wondered how it's happening?

Music plays even when muted
I play Candy Crush on Windows 10 and prefer to listen to other music so have the sounds of the game all muted. It stays muted for a little while and then will start playing the music. If I look at the settings it shows that it is muted, yet I hear it. Really frustrating. Anyone else come across this.
