Hi, I had to delete the app and I lost my progression. I was connected with facebook but when I reconnected it did not go back to my level, and I'm still at level 1.

since the last update, mystery quests wont appear when i go offline. Has it been removed? I'm tired of paying

loss progress after connecting to facebook
I was on level 371 on my candy crush, after connecting to facebook this progression has been lost and taken back to level 1 :( I have tried disconnecting from facebook to regain this but has not worked. please help.
