Reset progress to level 1. How?
Hi everyone, Like many other players who requested it before on this website, I would like to reset my Candy Crush Saga progress back to level 1 and start again from the very beginning without keeping bonuses or achievements. How can I do it? Thank you. Riccardo.

All my progress is gone after using a new Iphone!!!
I was connected to the Gamecenter not with facebook and now with the new update of apple, there is not the gamecenter from before anymore. Please help, I was already at level 1900 or more and I cant start from the scratch!!

Why did you change the format of the game?
The new format SUCKS! It's not fun anymore. I just hate this version. Please change it back.

Transfer account from Kindle to Facebook
I am at level 875 with Candy Crush Sage on my Kindle. Is it possible to transfer what I've done to Facebook so that I don't lose my work? My Kindle is slowing down...then I could continue on my laptop.

Why My Candy Crush Saga windows changed to mobile version?
I Play candy crush using my pc, why now have changed to mobile version. Please Change it back like before. Cause i don't like playing using mobile version. thank you

Wrong synchronisation
When I will synchronise candy crush to my facebook account, the game only synchronise with an other facebook account from somebody who doesn't have this game. I can't change this to my own facebook account. How can I fix this?

Purchased boosters are gone!
Made a purchase (one of many) 3-4 days ago. Logged in with Facebook last night and lost all my boosters. The gold bars are still available - but boosters I paid for are gone!

I am continuously losing gold bars I purchased
I am continuously losing gold bars I have purchased. Often within a few hours of purchase. My table does not crash, nor does the game when this happens. I wouldn't care if I wasn't paying for them.
