Lost all progress
Hi, I suddenly was brought back to level 1 in all three: Candy Crush, Candy Crush Soda and Candy Crush Jelly. I was not singed up with facebook. Is there a way to retrieve my progress?

My entire iPhone progress is gone!
I was on level 1736. Candy Crush has a new save on FB button. Since I had once lost my progress thanks to my iPhone crashing, I logged in through my FB. And guess what, my game has gone back to LEVEL 1! I logged out, but it still is showing me at the level 1. How do I get back to the level I was!

How do I recover my levels after an iPad crash?
I was around level 720 when my iPad crashed. my iPad was recovered but I am now only on level 271. How do I recover my status? I don't believe I signed up with Facebook and the game is not recognizing my email address. I do not have another email address I could have signed up with.

Game recommendation
After playing the previous level, the game always refresh and bring me back to the latest level. Can you bring back the HOME button like the previous version to solve this problem? Another problem is the candy bonus, why the new version cannot have double candies when finished the level successfully?

i was lvl2000+, but i lost all my progress
i was lvl2000+, but yesterday i lost all my progress, and the game went back to lvl1. Today it stays the same.

Why can't I scroll down to see the different gifts given?
In the previous version of this game, one could only have 5 lives. Now, when items are gifted, you are not able to scroll down to see how many and what type (life, extra moves, etc.) have been given to you. If you are given more than 5 lives, do you get all of them if you click on "accept" or do you lose the ones that are…

With the new appearance of Candy crush the opportunnity to select the Pink "cocos" wheel is not availlable in levels where you have to collect cherry's and Jelly. Before this was only a problem on my phone. But whit the change of the appearance on Facebook this is now happening on this platform to.

I accidentally deleted Candy Crush,I was around level 1021 and now I'm on 1. Can I recover it?
I accidentally deleted the app because is there any way I can recover my levels, I have used many in-game purchases and it would really love to continue the progress I was on. Please help, thank you.
