Why can't you change the part where asking a person's friends for more lives to have friends separated those that like Candy Crush and those that don't play it?

Can not transfer any thing over from old phone to new phone.
I was around 500 and can not transfer anything over from old phone to new phone because my phone crashed. Do I have to start all over? I had a android and now I have a iPhone.

With the new Candy Crush format the game is very slow; are there any plans to fix the issues?
I don't have a specific question other than why is the game so slow with the new version. I will have to quit playing as one game takes over ten minutes to play!!

How do I get my level back

I love my old version of candy crush saga. New version, which automatically updates the game, i hate it, it stopps me playing on older levels, it also stop me from earning double points after winning the level game. What is the problem with the new format?
In the new format on my pc I can't see the jelly I need to crush or on the collect items games I can't see the items that I need to collect. Have black screen and am unable to play game properly.

Candy calendar is not working right. Keeps starting over.
I visit the candy calendar each day since the new format and it does not credit me with the candy for the day. I think there is a bug with the new calendar feature. Please fix since we don't get the chance to earn the treasure boxes anymore.

Happened to me at level 1716 after I thought it would probably be a good idea to sync with facebook so I click the button saved which I think is not under my account. Now I'm back at level 1. Please help.

No facebook rank system on android device
On my Samsung S7 edge I dont have a facebook ranking system up the top left of the screen like my partner does on her iphone 6. Any ideas how I can get it?
