I was at level 1683. Was required to log in via Facebook & level reset to 366. How can my progress be restored?

Unauthorized purchase
Was pressing play but could not access the game, when I was able to, an unauthorized purchase of a 6 hr booster was made. The gold used to make this unauthorized purchase is to be returned to me.

Can't use new version of Candy crusher because of lights and flashing
As a migraine sufferer, the version that came out yesterday makes it impossible for me to continue playing. Is there anyway to use the old version or get rid of all the flashing lights and sparkles that they added? I enjoy the game, but can no longer play it like this.

Finished star chaser but didn't get the bomb reward. This has happened twice that I know of.

Following up. When I upgraded to a new phone, I went from level 2531 to level 42. I lost 20 gold bars, 55 lives from friends, 5 hand switch, 6 lollipops, 30 explosion balls, 19 wrapped and striped, 30 coconut wheels, 33 fishes, 30 checks. On my iPad i am on level 2528 with no bars or boosters. Please help

Lost progress
I lost all my progress and went back to level 1 with the update this past week. I have tried accessing Facebook, via email, resetting, etc. I'm stumped. Help!

1874 no time bombs dropping. says updates fixed it but I am not getting them.

why would you change candy crushes format. it is horrible! it now looks like a childs game.
i spend $150 plus a month to play this game. if this is not changed back i am done. in searching the web i have not found one positive comment on this change. open your eyes and ears and listen to the fans of the old format. not one of my candy crush friends like this change. what were you thinking? sadly i do not think…
