I recently got a new phone and it keeps starting me on level 1 when I was on level 1264. I tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, and logging out of Facebook but nothing has worked. Please help. I want to continue to play.

Cannot access the game at all! I have returned from overseas and got a problem.
The game will not open. I was above level 1000 with 246 bonus points. I get to the open page, my friends are there, but the page just stays blank. Tried password change, but no effect.

Won the stripe contest (1st place) but received no award
I won a contest that ended at 1:30 am on June 18 or 19, but received nothing. I was in 1st with a 2,000 pont lead and had beaten 75 levels! game screen goes white after completing board
everytime i complete a board my screen goes white. I have to reload the game and therefore i loose all my gifts that were sent to me. Is anybody else having this issue if so how can this be fixed. i am playing on a normal pc and have no loading issues with game or any other game.

I won level 2575 but it froze up
As the level was finalizing the candies stopped dropping eventhough the motion on the frog and color bomb were normal. I had to restart my game to be able to play again but my victory was not recorded. My software is up to date. I would appreciate it if i'd receive the credit for the win. Thank you
