why do i only lose server connection on this game and nothing else

Candy Crush Saga won't open on iPad
A few days ago, Candy Crush stopped opening. I get orange screen saying it is loading, then it clicks off. However, when I go to background apps, orange screen is there. When I select it, it disappears again. Please help. Thanks!

Candy Crush Soda problem
I was playing level 270 with only one move to go, I purchased two 99 cent coin sets to continue to play. During the second purchase, the game locked up and kicked me out. I got the coins, but I have worked a long time to get out of the level and would have made it with the coins. Can you do anything?

Reset device and lost all boosters, rewards and gold bars - Can I restore these?
I had to factory reset my phone (Samsung S5) and when I logged into my King account once I reloaded the CCS app, I lost all of my boosters, earned rewards and gold bars after playing quite some time. Is there any way to resolve this? Thanks so much, in advance!
