Why when I beat a level in candy crush does is not always advance me.
It is especially frustrating when I purchase the ability to 'continue game', beat the level, & then it doesn't advance me. So I lose 'boosts, & $. I know I need to quit 'buying' in but sometimes I can help it.

I'm on level 1941 & was sent back to level 1 on my IPhone7! How do I get my levels back?
Lost all my levels on my IPhone7! I was currently on level 1941. I still have my Droid Maxx plugged in & can play on it but if I unplug it the battery dies within an hour plus the game freezes constantly which makes it no fun to play! Also I want to play whenever I go, not just at home!
