Got my gold bars but no 24 hours worth of free lives. I bought the 250 bars and got the boosters but didn't get the 24hours of unlimited lives. Very annoying!

Paid money for gold bars in between a game but the bars never got credited!
Ridiculous, i couldnt complete the game even after payment, just coz you folks didnt credit the gold bars! Lost money and stuck at 1001 level and top of it feel cheated! I repent for payment and playing this game! This is outrageous!

Why did candy crush charge me twice for one separate purchase?
I bought a 4.99 package for 50 gold bars.. Once I checked my bank account I was charged two different times. I would like one of the transactions to be refunded because I only bought one set of 50 bars. Even though it charged me twice, I only received one set of 50 bars.

Missing gold bars
I purchased the weekend special that included 6 hours of unlimited lives, 3x each of the special tools and 100x gold bars. I received the lives and tools but no gold bars. My husband purchased the same and received all of his. I have tired numerous emails and have only received a auto-generated response. Please help.
