So, I've been playing Candy Crush Saga for a long time on my android app without logging into
Facebook ever. Last night, I connected to Facebook on the app thinking it would perhaps save my previous progress which was 490 something. However, it did not do so and took me back to 0! I logged out of facebook and still, I am back at level 0 :( How do I recover my progress now? I don't remember my registered email…

Can't progress past 2315 candy crush
i can't access levels above 2315 as the games appears to stop at this level however I see other people posting questions about levels well beyond the level where my game ends. Why does my iPad and iPhone not show these new levels????

I purchased "candy shop deals" three different times, I get the coins but not the extras! Whats up?
I purchased "candy shop deals" three different times. Each time the coins show up but none of the extras. The first two times were 39.99 deals and today was the 59.99 deal. I need money refunded or extras put on my game or something. This is a ripoff!

Why is dreamworld gone and why wasnt i informed if it was being discontinued?
I was on level 220 sometching well past anyone else I know except 1 person. I spent a lot of time and energy and some money getting there. I am extremely disappointed'. Lost gold bars
Bought the cheapest pack of bars to advance and then I updated the app and now it says I have 4 bars. I had 3 and bought 10 and spent 9. Pretty frustrating.

Unable to access any level on candy crush saga. Using iPad 10.2 and I've updated candy crush twice so far this week yet I'm still unable to play any level. Any resolve without uninstalling and reinstalling? I've worked through the problem solving link to no avail.
