I had to reinstall CC due to it crashing, and lost all progress. I'm registrered with my email but still didn't get it back when I logged in... What do I do?

Candy Crush keeps crashing
I stopped playing CC some months ago due to it crashing & taking lives. I have received an email today saying it's been fixed. Guess what? It's not fixed. Frustrating!! Please could you fix this issue? Love the game but can't put up with this

I was on level 827 on my ipad synced to Facebook and now I'm back to 0, I've sent hundreds of dollars in power ups in the last 2 yrs and this is not right. How can I get my progress back?

i haven't been able to play in months. I got your email saying it was fixed. I deleted and reinstalled and it still isn't working!!

Candy Crush keeps crashing.
I downloaded an update for Candy Crush Saga on January 10th. Since then I haven't been able to open the game. It just shows the orange home screen, says it's loading & then crashes. I tried rebooting the device several times & the game still crashes. I'm using an iPhone 6S Plus. All software on the phone is up date.
