New iPad does not lad candy crush progress
I have a new iPad which I backed up to iCloud but all my progress on candy crush has been lost

Game used to crash sometimes, then often, now every time! Can't even get in to play level 1694
Seems to be a common problem without a solution. I've tried updating the game, my iPad, clearing cache, removing other games, logging off Facebook. Nothing works. Used to crash during games, now can't get into level at all.

Cezdiamond, can you have a look at my previous question please? I logged back in yesterday and found out I was back again on level 1791?? Can you "restore" my previous game progress (and boosters)? I played around 5 levels so was at 630. thanks! thanks! MM

not loading
Since the flash player update your game will not load and has a small box saying i must load flashplayer butr my flash is in my chrome so mnot sure what the problem is

Candy Crush will not load on Windows 10.
It loads up to 100% but will not open - except every once in a while. Sometimes it does but 9 out of 10 times it will not. I've tried all of your fixes. This is the only game I play that has problems. Other King games do fine. Very frustrating.

Candy Crush Saga - Lost Progress
On both my iPhone 6S and iPad Mini, I was on Level 2000, which was synced in Facebook. I purchased a new iPad Mini 4 (iOS 10), which, upon syncing with Facebook, states I am on Level 410. Additionally, none of my gold bars nor boosters are appearing on the new iPad. Please help!

Why is Candy Crush not loading on my laptop?
It will load to 100%, then tell me its not responding, don't have this issue on any of my other devices.. this is frustrating!! please try and fix this.. Thanks
