candy crush updated on my phone but now won't load
can't play the game at all, it goes to the King page and then returns to home screen

mobile app for candy crush has attatched to my son's FB, he doesn't even play CC. won't switch to me
I have signed out and tried to sign back in, still brings up my son. Have uninstalled it and reinstalled and still goes to my son. Have shut down phone and rebooted, same thing. Help, I'm at level 770 and want my game back. Still can play through FB on laptop but want my mobile back.

Received a message from you that Candy Crush has been fixed. No it hasn't not on my IPad.
Candy Crush has been crashing for months on my IPad. I'm on level 1959 very frustrating. Received an email telling me it has been fixed but it has not. My IPad is only 3 years old and all my other games play with no problems. I am sure glad I have a desk top at home to play.

Like so many my game won't open either through FB or on my app. Need help.
Goes to the King screen, sits and then closes. It won't open any way I try to get to it. I see some who have been put back to level 1 and have lost everything.....I dont want to happen.

Candy crush keeps crashing, all I get is the orange screen and then it shuts off,
I don't want to delete the app and reinstall as I will lose all my progress, can you help, I can't access from Facebook or the app

I updated Candy Crush Saga on my I Phone yesterday and since the upgrade it will not load.
I updated Candy Crush Saga on my I Phone 6 yesterday and the game will no longer long. I would love a personal response please. I have also changed my name on the obviously public profile attached to this site. If I had known my name was going to appear, I never would have joined.

Can't open up candy crush saga , orange screen comes then disappear's.
It's taken 2 years to get to level 920, sure hope you can fix this problem also on my phone same problem.

Candy crush saga is still kicking me out on iPad mini,I mailed before and you said it was fixed.
I did the update even uninstalled and re installed but still no good .my husbands is now the same on his iPad pre the update his was fine
