I can no longer get on my level with my fb, keeps sending me to my old fb, I have spent money recently on this and am quite high, emailed king 4 times with no success

How can I restore my Candy Crush Saga levels on a new phone?
My old phone crashed and I don't know where my progress was saved I have tried to login w/FB and email w/no luck. I think I was on level ~1300. Can someone help restore my game.

Missing purchases
I bought a $15.99 bundle this am and had problem w/ipad freezing game so I deleted CC and redownloaded. Levels restored and gold bars are there now but not boosters. How do i get them back

So I finally get past level 195 and now Dreamworld has disappeared from my game. Help, please?
I was playing Dreamworld earlier today with no problem. When I logged in this evening it was gone...only Candy Crush is available...no Odus anywhere. Restarting my computer did not help.

I completed level 320 just waiting for 321 to unlock as I'm looking at my map. it's not loading my profile picture from Facebook nor showing any of my friends levels and who I've passed up and beaten.
