Logged in to my candy crush saga and was on level 1196 and it sent me back to level 15. I would like to get my level back

Candy Crush crashing
I tried deleting Candy Crush then reloading it. It still crashed, so I'm giving up. I had to do the same thing with Alpha Betty. Unable to play since update - crashes immediately
Since the latest upgrade, the game crashes as soon as i hit play. It also does not allow me to connect to FB. I have not been able to play for over a week. I'm worried that if I reinstall I will lose all my levels. Any suggestions?
