I've read that a lot of people are having the same problem with lost progress. isn't there a way to post the "fix" instead of sending a private message? Or release an update with the "fix"

wrong facebook profile
after the latest update of the candy crush app on my ipad . i accedentily logged in to a wrong facebook account. and i am not able to change it. please help me ,because all my level progress and boosters are on the other facebook account

Back to level 1
After the app kept crashing, I deleted then restored and now find myself back to level 1. I was up at level 1386 after just starting episode 94. I have been playing this game on and off for 3 years so I am a bit annoyed to find myself back at the start

All types of Candy crush crashing on ipad from loading, cannot play any levels for weeks now
clicking the games to load, then they crash on selecting any level to play. This has been weeks now! All updates, settings are up to date and correct. Have removed game and reinstated but still have these issues, any ideas?

I went to sign on last night and it showed me at level 1 instead of 1507-1510 where I was at. Please reset my progress back to 1507 again. I have tried everything it suggested and so far nothing has worked.
