New iPhone and I can't get all my levels to show up
I had to get a new iPhone today. After I restored my phone from my last back up, now I have lost the levels that I had gotten to on Candy Crush. Can you tell me how to get those levels back?

why create a level where if you have no chance of getting through it unless you have got the right combo`s from the start ,no matter what way you play it it will just eat you up ,, another level created to stop top players catching up

Where would I find notifications that a friend has passed me on a level?
I've looked on my newsfeed, timeline, etc., and I've never seen a posting that someone has passed me on a Candy Crush level.

I went it to my friends account and now we are sync together and I want to go back to the level I was on. HELP!

Hi, I have just completed level 1805 and am told to wait for new levels that will be coming soon. But Wikipedia tells me that there are about 2500 levels available. Not sure who I should believe on this... guess there is no way of forcing the issue; I just need to wait for an update to be available for my iPad. Anyone have…

Stuck after completing 1850 level..not moving to the next level even thought I see more levels
I do see that there are more levels above 1850 but not able to get to the next level after completing 1850 level.

Why when people use my phone does it sync them to my level?
When people use my phone to log into there candy crush saga it puts them on the same level as I am my mom is on level 273 now it shows her at 846 with me and also my daughter is on 53 and she is now on 845 please help me fix this because something isn't right

each time I collect enough candies for the gift, I don't get the gift..
It rewards me on the phone but not the pc. Each time I collect enough it just goes back to 0 without the gift being awarded

Candy Crush Level 1423
I'm having problems with the game ending with no more possible moves. I got this 3 times in the last 10 minutes on level 1423. I played all day yesterday with no problem, now all of a sudden this is happening when there are possible moves to be made.
