can't exit game on Kindle Fire
I can't exit candy crush on my Kindle Fire anymore. The home icon has disappeared so I have to force shut my Kindle every time I want to exit. Can you please fix this?

app close itself when the game is do e but before the sover vimse up so i have to start over! Now I have lost 9 gold bars and 5 boosters caramels ... :(

you people should be ashamed of yourselves. you have a wonderful following of people playing candy
and now many are so discouraged that they are thinking about stopping the game as a past time. surely you do test runs before the game is released, and if so, did you not see how difficult, or almost impossible it is to finish. it ruins the fun of the game. please, please, please remedy this problem.

Lost profile
Last night my little cousin, while was alone in room, changed my profile settings: email, password and name. Now he can't remember what he type in. Can i recover my profile back? I play 1810 level. I can't start all over again.

I lost all lifes en boosters.
I lost everyting i cant make connection with FB it said. I reset all and now i lose all i cant ask tickets for next episode. hop i get all back

Boosters disappeared
Hi, twice over the past month all of my boosters have disappeared. I wish I could have them back.

Husbands account got merged to my account. Anyway to fix?
My husband was on his mobile phone and signed on my account for me to play. Somehow our accounts have been merged and I went from level 514 to 769, which is the level he was on. It looks like the game kept all his scores. I tried to contact customer service but they sent me an automated message directing me to this page.

Crashes mid purchase for extra moves
my candy crush keeps crashing mid purchase for extra moves when I've nearly finished a level. Takes my money but won't let me carry on!! Starting to feel like I don't want to play this game as 2 emails to customer help ignored!!
