Lost my Candy Crush level
I upgraded to a new phone and my candy crush has reset to level 1...help. I was originally at level 480 something

My mom upgraded to iPhone 6s and lost progress in candy crush. She was in the 700's.
The strange part is that it restarted her at level 79 . My father and her used the same Apple ID on both their phones. He does not play CC , but it something my mom and I enjoy discussing. Lost my level when connecting Candy Crush to FB
When I tried to connect Candy Crush to Facebook on my iPad, the connection was only possible via my husband's FB and now is connected to his FB, so back to level 1 (when I was is level 444...). How can I connect back to my FB and back to my level? Thanks

Facebook connection
When I try to connect to Facebook it opens a page and says you have already authorized candy crush with Facebook and has a big blue button that says continue. When I click that it opens a new page but it never loads. The only thing I can do is click done in the top right corner, but when I do that it goes back to the game…
