lives not registering
I have asked 2 questions and now have another problem. Lives that friends send are not registering on my iPhone correctly. When I go to my laptop to play, the lives are there and I cannot use them because I can only have 5 lives at a time. Lost boosters, lost lives..this is getting ridiculous! Please solve my issues.

How do I get rid of candy crush soda.
I play CC Saga but can't get into it anymore on my tablet - it takes me to CC Soda. I have tried going into Saga via Facebook but that goes to Soda too. Saga works on my mobile.

cannot download KING.COM page from 4 days ago in IOS
Every time I try to play candy trough KING.COM page, my Safari says "cannot connect". I've deleted cookies, history, I've reseted browser and updated already. No results.

I'm about to delete all together...
Got a new phone, reinstalled candy crush and linked through fb. All my accumulated bars, lolipops, fish, etc... we're gone. Some of those were bought & not won in game. I chalked up the loss and spent a few days redoing past levels to accumulate gems and rebuild my booster stock. Once again they're gone. What do I do???
