I was competing in the collect the green challenge last night, i went out for a little bit and when i came back it was gone. The collect the green challenge was gone before the time was up. I still had over 20 hours left and had almost won my 1st prize,help please

Candy Crush on my Iphone reset to level 1
On my phone the game reset and I have no friends, when I try and connect with FB to get the game level to sync it gives me a message that the connection took to long. Then I get a message do not reset your progress will be saved. I still get messages on FB that friends send me things I just can't get the game on my phone…

I lost all gold, my extra lives and boosters
On Thursday, July 30th I turned on my phone to play Candy Crush only to find all my extra lives, gold bars and boosters gone. They all disappeared. I had over 130 extra lives. I had 9 gold bars (1 additional that I won subsequently = 10), 17 Black, 6 lollipops, 3 hands, 7 jellyfish, 10 color bombs. This is unacceptable.…

Gold bar lost but no rewards
Gold bar lost! I have lost 6 gold bars when I accidentally clicked on the wheel for more free gifts after the initial round, but I did not play for the game. The bars were lost but I did not receive more free gifts. Please help, thanks!

why did I lose my boosters when I changed tablets?
I am logged into Facebook. I got a new tablet and am still on the same level as I was before, but my boosters are gone. It took months to build them up. Can I retrieve them?

Hi, I have had to reload Facebook on my iPad 2, running iOS 6.1.3, how do I log in?
I had to create a new password, which is now different to that on my other platforms. How do I get it to work on the iPad? I run Candy Crush Saga on PC using Windows 7 and also on an HTC One M8 running Android 5.1. What do I need to do to get all three working?
