I am back to level 1, I was somewere around level 2700

Hi, I was around level 2700. I used my laptop and my phone to play the game and it was synced. I always logged in using my facebook and never registered with email id. however, yesterday accidentally my phone was disabled and I had to restore it, so I lost all my data. when I reinstalled my facebook and candy crush app and logged in using fb it took me to level 1. surprisingly, after this when I opened candy crush in my laptop (on fb), that also showed level 1. please help..it was my hard work of 2-3 years...lol. I really need your help. thanks in advance

Hi Shilpa, if you always played your game logging in through Facebook then it has been saved. First thing try to log out and log back in to Facebook. If that doesn't work then try to clear the history/cache memory and then log out and log back in. As long as you play the game through Facebook your completed levels are always saved. Recently I had to buy a new iPad and I was logging in through Facebook. When I logged back into the game I was at the last level that I had cleared.
