Why won't my Candy Crush game sync between my iPhone and iPad?

I am on level 305 on my iPhone but when I try to sign in on my iPad it says I am on level 65.  I am just using my email to sync, not connected via Facebook.  When I attempted to connect through Facebook it sent me back to level 1 so I disconnected it and it put me back at 305 on my iPhone.

Hi Taylor, why are you not connecting through Facebook?  In order to keep your levels current you need to connect with them.  Ok so assuming that you have at one point connected, clear out the history on your iPad.  Then log out of Facebook and log back in and it should bring you to level 305.

Elsa - I do not connect via Facebook because I do not have a Facebook. After researching this issue I thought that might be the problem so I created a Facebook account solely to sync my progress, however, as stated in my question, when I did that, it sent me back down to level 1.

Unfortunately because you weren’t on Facebook it can’t sync.  It can only sync if you play the games through Facebook and since you just started using Facebook it will start at the beginning.  I didn’t know that you can sync mobile devices without using Facebook.

I am on level 5909 on my Ipad and desktop but my Iphone will not sync to it.  Please help!

My iPad wont sync with my iPhone suddenly. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, updated my iPad and candy crush. I’ve always played through Facebook.
