Why am I unable to purchase anything in store?

    This is what it looks like. Does this with any type of purchsse I try.

    Are you experiencing a problem making purchases in other apps too?  

    Here are a few steps which fix the vast majority of connection issues:   

    • The first thing to try is to disconnect your game from Facebook by logging out from the Settings menu.
    • Now close all apps and turn off your device. Leave it off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it back on again.
    • Then please check for any updates for your device and apps: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/113412?hl=en
    • After that clear the cache of the Google Play Store: Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Clear cache
    • Now clear the cache of the game using this sequence: Settings > Apps > Game name > Clear cache
    • Make sure that the time, date and time zone are also correct on your device.
    • Check that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router. If you're using mobile data, make sure that this is correctly switched on from Settings > Mobile Data. 
    • Now log back into the game, reconnect to Facebook and try again to connect to the store.
