Chances are you are not getting anything because you are either playing the game on king.com which is the old version using Flash, or if you are on Facebook your game might have gone back to the old version.  You can try to fix this by following this blog:  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/255530/not-getting-your-rewards-daily-spinning-wheel-not-giving-you-the-prizes/p1?new=1

Hi Willey! Welcome to King Community!

Based on your Thread Title you are not receiving your Booster after Spinning The Wheel. My question to you is where did you look after you claimed the Booster?

    Please let me know!

    Thanks!

I have not been receiving boosters after I spin the wheel daily this has been     happening for the past week I have tried refreshing page as was suggested, with no result someone else suggested taking a screen shot etc etc (no idea what they are talking about and do not know how to do it too complicated for me)

Hi Rangiecamry! Welcome to the Community!

When you Spin The Daily Booster Wheel and Claim the Prize, you'll notice that the Backpack of Stashed Goodies Inventory on the Game Map gets a 1 Increment Inside a Red Circle to the left side of it indicating that the Booster has been added to your Inventory. When you click to open the Backpack, you will see the Booster Glowing with a Yellow Plus Sign for a few seconds. By the way, Boosters do not necessarily get played right away when you get them but they are there and will remain there until they are used in the Game..

If you want to see a Short GIF Clip, here is the link: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/255872/gif-on-spinning-the-daily-booster-wheel-where-the-prize-goes#latest

Hope this helps! Let us know if you need more help!

    Thanks!

@mercerik I am sure that you have already seen my messages all over the community talking about this.  It has to do with the old version, Flash, of the game.  With the help of the community manager I created a message last Friday about this.  Look at my message above with a link to it.  That's why there are so many messages on not getting the rewards from the daily spinning wheel or the Sugar Drop challenge is no longer showing in their game.  The team is aware of this and the players have to work around it to get to the new version which is HTML5.

Are you aware that King.com had an article about their Games preparing for Transition to HTML5 in their site in August 2018? This was my Video Project at that time. I am very much familiar with both the Adobe Flash Player and HTML5 Video Streaming Platforms.

Players are not supposed to hunt for new HTML5 Version. All they need to do is to check their Browser's Compatibility with this new technology. Currently, the best one out there is Google Chrome. Have you wondered why I don't have issues like most players here have?

I posted this topic "Candy Crush Saga Future Gaming   | HTML5   |  Is your Browser Ready? (Published on August 5, 2018)" with a YouTube video with this link:

This video will teach the players who are having some issues how to check their Browser's Compatibility. Unfortunately, I can't share a video here anymore like I used to for them to watch without leaving the Community.

Of course I am aware what that article was all about.  I don't like Chrome, don't use it and don't want it.  I only play on Firefox.  I am waiting for updates on king.com and all that I can say is that the players might see some changes within a week, if not sooner.

    @Elsa

If you were aware of the Article, then why were you suggesting that people here get the new version of HTML5?

Although Chrome is the best one out there, I am not suggesting to anyone to switch over. You have to go with whichever Browser you are most comfortable with.

The Browser Should Score Above 450 To Be Compatible

The Compatibility testing in the video was done in August 2018. A lot of browsers have transitioned since then. I did the testing this morning. Here is the ScreenShot of this testing. The first Browser in this ScreenShot is my Browser which is the latest version of Google Chrome Version 74.0.3729.108 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I was telling them that the game might have gone back to the old version and that they needed the new version to get it back again.  It wasn't just happening on king.com because even through Facebook some of the players' games went back to the old version.  When they saw my message with the images they were able to confirm this.

Your highlighted statement was what concerned me. As a member of this Community, I should say something to clear it up.
