King.com issue: Why can't I send or receive lives/help on Candy Crush Saga?

    I can not either send or receive lives on candy crush saga I am not playing on facebook as I am not on facebook and have no wish to be. I am playing on Windows 10.Is this likely to be resolved or should I just forget about it

    I can receive lives but all of a sudden I can't send lives anymore unless a friend requests one!  It was working fine one day and then the next day nothing!  I'm not getting any input from Tech Support on this.

    I've also asked for some instruction as to how to get around this forum. It is sooooo different from the other one.

    @Betty_Kelly - you mentioned wanting instructions for getting around this forum - each game thread is slightly different but each has a discussions area, a support area (to report problems or glitches) and a link to the superstars.  Usually there is also a place for ideas - which are usually polls where people can vote on ideas created by the players and sometimes another area like an 'off topic' area where you will find various games like the 'alphabet game' etc. Below is a specific link for a lot of helpful information in Candy Crush Saga:

    Sukanta_Biswas Sorry, that recent message was one of mine that had been held for approval days ago. I don't know know why this forum bothers doing that; by the time it gets posted I've already forgotten about it.
