buddy up not working

    Hi @kclark6, where are you playing the game?  Mobile? Computer?  Through what platform - Facebook? Kingdom?

    Thanks for the update @kclark6. That is strange that it's happening on Facebook.  I'm going to ask you to please try some troubleshooting to see if that helps.  @firebombmarkus posted this link above for browsers so please try that.   https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/218696/web-browser-update

    You can also try to uninstall the game from the Facebook settings by following my print screen above.  Please let me know how these suggestions work for you. o you have Windows 10 on your computer, because you can also follow my directions on how to play that way.

    Hi, I have already tried taking it off facebook and then re doing it and its still the same ;(

    I guess then your best move would be to play the game through Windows 10 if you want to play this challenge.

    Not sure what is meant by play it on Windows 10, I am on that already. The FB account belongs to my niece who has decided to get rid of the game altogether seeing as it does not work. I appreciate all the replies and help tho, even if no favourable conclusion was reached x
