Dynamic duo quest

Hi, I have been experiencing issues with the Dynamic duo quest. It somehow gets bugged, and does ot account for the candies I collect, even though its still available on the timer. First time it happened I got a message saying that quest failed or somth like that cant remember, but time might have gone down for it. But now I have a quest with 40ish hours on the timer and does not account for the candies. I didnt see this discussed, so I decided to write. Can I fix this, or its from your side? Thanks.
