Reset progress

I am been trying to get my progress reset, so I can start fresh from level one again, while still logon to Facebook. I’ve tried sending candy crush help emails and emailing the automates email back with my game ID # asking them to reset my progress, but it’s getting nowhere. Please help.

When contacting the support team, you will always receive an automated email message. You need to answer to that message and explain your issue so the team can reach you. If you don't answer to that message, they won't reach you at all.

Did you got your progress resetted? I want exactly the same thing, so i did every step on that link, but the only thing ia get back is automated emails... I've waited like a month, and nothing came back so i did it again, and still nothing has happened.

Please help me

Hope this helps, please make this process easier on later versions, so that if a user wants to delete his progress, the user should be able to do it on the app. It just shouldn't be so difficult to erase a game progress.

No I wasn’t able to get it reset. Wish I could though. I got too frustrated with the automated emails and just gave up a few weeks ago. And I also stopped playing the game as a protest. I’m sorry I am no help. I hope you can find a solution, and if you do, please let me know. Good luck!

They started a new thing in the community yesterday.  Do you see the icon on the bottom right?  You will complete that and they can help you.  But please remember once they erase the memory from you game it can't be brought back again.

This icon doesn't exist anymore as it was just a part of testing. We don't solve these issues here in the Community, hence I will ask you kindly to fill in the contact form https://soporto.king.com/support

Fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (General questions). Once you fill it in, you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.
