for In the last few days I am getting soooo many more requests for lives ( and also some lives) than normal all from same people normally do but they say are not sending that requests. It’s excessive. What is up?.
How can I block a friend for friend requests? I am getting 40+ at one time. It appears to be a glitch.
Same here. I have now 300 request to help a friend that cannot be removed. Please help with correcting this glitch. All my friends are also facing the same problem

Your question is not related to the game. You need to contact Facebook Support. 😎
Can King please sort out with Facebook as I and my friends are facing the same problem. No point to King for pushing the buck
If the whole King Community is facing the same problem I believe its King's responsibility to straighten with Facebook.

Lives problem is a known issue.
Our technicians have now isolated the cause of the fault and are creating a fix which will be available in a game update, version number (1.171), coming soon.
Please make sure that you have your device set to automatically update apps, so it can be downloaded as soon as it becomes available.🙂

By any chance, are you talking about the original "Candy Crush Saga" game? If so, there has been an issue with "Sending and Receiving Lives" feature from past few weeks! The lives won't be send, and even if we send, there will be multiple requests from the single player!!
The Studio team is already aware about the issue and trying very hard to resolve the issue and send a new update soon. But, unfortunately, it is taking bit longer than expected!

This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.
