MISSING GOLD!!

so I was asked to save my game progress so I agreed to do so via the Facebook log in. After doing this and returning to the game my 61 gold bars are GONE. Can u guys tell me what has happened here and plz resolve this?

Could you try with disconnecting and reconnecting to Facebook and see if the Gold Bars load up again?

My gold bars earned over the past years just disappeared the other day after I changed my photo in my profile.

Impossible to leave a message in customer service!

No nothing personal just what I said here. I think it has to do with captcha whatever that is. It says loading but nothing happens and when i hit send I get an error message

I am sorry to hear that your Gold Bars are missing from your game!

I saw this in my Candy Soda game few months ago! Not sure why this happens, BUT it was a simple glitch in my game and it could be the same for you too!!

Try this and let me know:: Log out of the game ---> Close the App ---> Disconnect from the internet ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes ---> Reconnect to WiFi ---> Log back into the game and check if your Gold Bars are back.

Sometimes, you might have to do this for couple of times! Please check it out and let me know how it goes!

I did all that but Nothing happened Other than I lost the messages in my mailbox but I found you again with my email. It's very annoying to have saved those gold bars for several years and to have them just disappear. I try very hard to pass levels without using helps.

I have tried to explain the problem to customer service but I cannot get a message to send from that page.

Anyway thank you for trying to help.
