What shall I do, everytime I log-in to my king account there’s always a connection error telling to try again in a bit. My internet connection works fine and I can play some of my online games but this one
Hiya everyone!
As of 26 March I still can't log in to Candy Crush Saga. I was told "This is under investigation and the tech team is doing what they can to find a solution for this." on 29 March and this connection issue hasn't been fixed yet. I've read the game is corrupted you must uninstall and reinstall and you WILL lose all of your boosters. Also I've been told NOT to uninstall the game...so which is it? Unlimited lives would be great if someone could fix the bug...
If any of you from the community are still having this problem and have gone thru the usual rigamarole please comment on my post and maybe we will get noticed. And now to continue my candyless day... 😡
Don't bother uninstalling because if you can't connect again you will be stuck at the beginning. This happened to me. King told me that they are working on it but its been since before Christmas for me.

Since last night it keeps saying that it cannot connect to server. I can use other apps fine it’s only Candy Crush with the problem. Is this because too many people are playing now due to being stuck at home?
This isn't a case of server overload...
If this is something King did and can't fix and we are being forced to reinstall the app then some free boosters wouldn't be so bad...
How do you know this isn't the problem? Please explain. Do you have technical expertise in this area?
