Hi @Natale As @Spinnifix has pointed out, there have been issues with lives and mailboxes lately and would recommend that you follow the link. However as you have 2 issues it would point to a connection issue. The game only occasionally talks to the servers and you can play on through the levels blissfully unaware that it is not connecting. Only when you go to claim a prize, spin a wheel, send a life or interact in any other way, will it try to connect up. Sometimes the connection is dropped when all your other internet connected apps, and browsers are functioning and connecting correctly. The best way I have found to wake it up is simply to turn off wifi and switch to mobile/cell data. If you don't have an alternative connection - try turning off the internet/wifi/data connection. Play a quick level which won't cost lives or boosters like level 1. Afterwards when you are on the map screen, turn the internet back on and it should now talk to the server and give you your sugar track rewards. Hope this helps!
