Still i am not getting unlimited lives i have mailed to player support too... please do something...

I'm not getting unlimited lives on candy crush. I have updated the app and restarted my phone. Can you please help with this. Thanks

I have forced stop, deleted and reloaded and I'm still not getting them. my wife has it, and she even gets the videos for bonuses and I don't. I'm on level 1388 and I'm getting ready to quit.

R u having only 1 device to this game profile? Or having 2 devices? Mean u try play on several devices using the same game profile?

Well, that's crummy. I've tried everything too, without success. Weirdly, I am on level 1378. I guess the 1300s are unlucky?! Odd. Well, if I find out anything that works, I'll share here.
