I am very sorry to hear that you have not received the Gold Bars you have purchased for your game!!
You will have to contact the King Player Support Team, as this Community does not deal with any purchase issues, because the query includes your personal details! Here is how to contact them::
If you are playing on a mobile gadget, you can send the request directly from your game itself ---> Through "Settings" (Gear Icon) ---> Go to "Purchase" options ---> scroll all the way down to where you see "Contact Us" tab and click on that and give all the details you have asked for.
If you are on PC, use this link https://soporto.king.com/contact and fill the form with all the details.
NOTE: Please be aware that once you send your complaint, you will be receiving an automated response as an acknowledgement along with a ticket number. If you have not heard from them within 3 to 5 days, then please send a reply through that automated email itself and inform that you have not heard back yet.

If you play on mobile, go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Don't forget to add your Game User ID to the email so Player Support will find your game.
