    I replied to the automatic email the 3rd time before. Again with the same text and plus that it is now the 3rd time. I will continue to play the game for a while. Maybe at some point I will get the right one and an answer.

    Where can you find the ticket numbers? They are invisible to me. Sorry I am in Royalgames and there they are and they are visible !! RG works with KC. Just said for clarification.😏

    This was what was sent to me twice the day I emailed customer support its blank with no response to my needs for help and also zero ticket #....

    Notice the only thing is for us to reply above the line lol...theirs nothing their but links we already know about..

    Thanks for your feedback. That's exactly how I feel. I received the same standard email 4x yesterday and I sent the same answer 4x from me. Very helpful.

    Wow...really.... them I got were from april 28th 29th.. I even haven't heard from my helper I had with the unlimited lives she got going for me one day. Haven't heard anything since tuesday....

    I apologize if someone already made any of these suggestions

    1) before sending players to customer service consider giving @Crazy Cat Lad a shot at the problem

    there aren't many problems he cannot solve

    2) the automatic email ... direct the player to @Crazy Cat Lad right away

    3) the automatic email ... direct the player to the proper forum

    many questions are answered by other players in a timely manner
