The Fantastic Five feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find the feature in the game.😔

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Events and Challenges - Contact us and send them an email.

Once you log in to the game, you won't find a few events or features in the game, but they return when the game is regular.

Hi, definitely a Strange one , would try steps above try disabling feature then restart you device and then switch it on and play a level see if it sync's to server correctly. Other than that you might need customer support to look into this problem for you

See whether the F5 page will refresh, if this fails, please wait patiently for Player Support to respond to your inquiry, cos I think they are responding as fast as they could, imagine dealing with thousands of emails per day!
Whilst waiting the above, please play your game in FB or Win 10 pc. After completing your FB in one browser, close the browser, and open another browser, voila, full lives to play with again.. hope this helps. happy crushing those candies! 💖
